CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

Children are not just the future of the Church—they are the Church today.

At MLEPC, our Children’s Ministry partners with families to nurture faith from the earliest years, helping children know that they are loved by God and belong in His family. Our goal is to guide children toward a growing relationship with Jesus through Scripture, worship, and meaningful relationships.

Through Sunday morning programs, midweek gatherings, and special events throughout the year, children learn about God’s Word, experience His love, and begin to practice their faith in everyday life. Together, we help them build a strong foundation for lifelong discipleship.

Sunday Mornings

Sunday mornings are a time for children to encounter God through age-appropriate lessons, worship, and community. During the 9:30 a.m. service, we offer Children’s Worship and Sunday School for preschool through 5th grade, where Bible stories come alive through music, crafts, and conversation. Nursery care is available for our youngest children, ensuring that every family can worship together in confidence and peace.

Midweek and Special Events

Throughout the year, families are invited to join us for programs like Family Fired Up Fridays, Vacation Bible School, and seasonal celebrations such as Trunk or Treat, Everything Easter, and Advent projects. These times of fellowship, fun, and learning create opportunities for families to grow together in faith and friendship while connecting with the wider church community.
